Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event that your Neko succumbs to FIP virus, our return and refund policy covers all sealed and unused vials that are purchased within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund to the purchasing amount (with deduction of RM30 processing fee [+6% for Atome] and shipping fee). 

Return Procedure 

Kindly contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning products for refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
